Josiah has 22 years’ experience in the residential building industry to help service all your property needs.
His experience includes extensive remodeling, property restoration, and building maintenance. He has held contractor licenses in multiple states as a business owner who specialized in remodeling and log home construction. He oversees a crew of technicians to service and remodel all aspects of your property needs.
Lee started in the construction field at the age of 16 building homes, he worked in a custom cabinet shop for four years in Idaho. Enrolled in the labors union in Washington. Moved back to Alaska, went back into the construction industry in 94. Started his own business doing custom cabinet installs and major remodels. Lee became a general contractor in 2000 building homes and major remodels. He has extensive experience in all phases of construction from the ground up.
