Owner & Founder
Roy is a proud member of the ethical group “Real Estate Professionals of Alaska.” Roy is licensed to sell real estate and is licensed in all four insurance categories; Property, Casualty, Life and Health. Roy holds series 6 & 63 securities licenses, which are nationally recognized licenses authorizing the sale and purchase of certain investment products.
Scott has decades of experience in the carpentry, plumbing and electrical fields installing, estimating and managing. He oversees approximately 15 of the best field technicians, staff cleaners (both residential and commercial), and 3 administration support staff.
Scott holds his General Contractors License with Residential Endorsement along with his Alaska Real Estate License. He has held his series 63, 65, and 7 for his work in the financial industries prior to Roy Briley. He personally invests in real estate and rentals and understands the importance of maintenance and cash-flow to our customers. He was previously a Property Manager overseeing hundreds of units and has first hands on experience from the customers perspective.
Scott started working for Roy Briley Property Services back in 2017 and has proven with his experience that there is no job too complex for him and his staff to successfully resolve.
When Scott is not managing the work-flow needs of local properties, he’s enjoying his large family, his mini farm and the great Alaska outdoors.
Stephanie joined the Roy Briley team with a 15-year history of administrative experience and a strong background in customer service management. She handles many duties from human resources and administrative tasks to billing and accounts receivable. Stephanie emulates professionalism and credibility as she efficiently gets the job done.
Jon Schmidt has been a life-long Alaskan resident. Graduated from Bartlett High School, moved to Phoenix, AZ for college, Earned his degree in Automotive Technology. I moved back to Anchorage and worked for in the auto service industry for a large dealership for 13 years. Jon now uses his exceptional customer service skills as the Maintenance Manager for Roy Briley Property Services.
Lee started in the construction field at the age of 16 building homes, he worked in a custom cabinet shop for four years in Idaho. Enrolled in the labors union in Washington. Moved back to Alaska, went back into the construction industry in 94. Started his own business doing custom cabinets installs and major remodels. Lee became a general contractor in 2000 building homes and major remodels. He has extensive experience in all phases of construction from the ground up.
He has 22 years’ experience in the residential building industry to help service all your property needs.
His experience includes extensive remodeling, property restoration, and building maintenance. He has held contractor licenses in multiple states as a business owner who specialized in remodeling and log home construction. He oversees a crew of technicians to service and remodel all aspects of your property needs.
